Triple Aught Design Reviews

I’ve grabbed a couple shirts and pants from Triple Aught Design, and overall I’m happy with them. The materials and construction feel solid, like they’re clearly aiming for people who want gear that can take some abuse, not just look good in product photos. That said, I’m usually a medium and the shirts were a little tighter in the chest than I expected, so I had to wonder if they’re intentionally cutting things a bit more athletic than the size chart makes obvious.

The pants worked out better for me, though the waist still ran just a touch small. The exchange process was easy enough, so no big complaint there. I’d buy from them again, but I’d definitely check the measurements closely first instead of assuming my usual size will be safe.

I just don’t think it’s worth the money. It feels way too expensive for what you actually get, and I probly wouldn’t buy it again

I was able to get my exchange done, so I’ll give them that, but it definitely took longer than I expected. The whole process wasn’t terrible or anything, just kind of frustrating waiting around and not really knowing why it was dragging out. It worked in the end, but I wish it had been quicker

Had a zipper mess up on my jacket, so I sent it in for a warranty repair. Super simple process. They kept me posted along the way, which I appreciated. Got it back fixed and looking good. No hassle at all. Really glad they actually stand behind their gear.

I bought these pants from Triple Aught Design thinking the pockets would actually be practical, but the whole layout just feels off. My phone sits weirdly high, small stuff gets buried behind other pockets, and everything kind of stacks on top of itself in a way that makes no sense when you’re actually wearing them.

When I reached out to support, I felt like they were implying I just wasn’t using the pockets correctly, which was frustrating. To me, it feels like they added a bunch of pockets just to say they did, but I spend more time digging around than anything else. Not for me, and I regret buying them.

To be fair, the material felt decent when I first got it, so I had high hopes. But after wearing it a few times, the stitching and seams started to look a bit rough, which was disappointing for the price. It just looked worn sooner than I expected. I thought the construction would be better from this brand.

I had a smooth time ordering from Triple Aught Design. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I was looking for without much digging around. Checkout was straightforward too, no strange hiccups or confusing steps, which is always a relief, right? I got the order confirmation right away, so no wondering if it actually went through. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but with this kind of gear, what else would you expect? Overall, it was a good ordering experience.

I really like the gear when I can actually get it. The styles look great, but sizes seem to sell out super fast and restocks take a while. I check back often, but it’s hit or miss whether the thing I wanted is still available.

I emailed customer service and it took a few days to get a clear answer, and I ended up following up twice. Maybe it was just a busy week for them, but from my side it felt frustrating, especially when I was hoping for a quick reply. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I expected

I bought this thinking it would be comfortable enough for everyday wear, but after wearing it for about an hour, I could already tell it wasn’t for me. By the end of the day, it felt stiff and tight whenever I was walking around or bending. I gave it another try the next morning, hoping it might loosen up, but it still wasn’t comfortable. For the price, I expected a lot better

The site is clean overall, but it feels a bit too dark and busy for me. The whole vibe comes off more tactical/military than everyday clothes, so it’s just not really my tast

Tried using it. Not great. The menus lag a lot, and checkout just feels broken. Slow. Clunky. Frustrating.

I wanted to like this jacket, but... it just didn’t really hold up in bad weather. It soaked through way faster than I expected, and after that it felt heavy to wear. The zippers also got stiff in the cold rain, which was frustrating. For the price, I was disappointed.
